BAM!'s Builds Commercial's founders Tim and Cindy Down have a rich history of successful real estate development in Alberta. Over the past 45 years, they have completed over 1500 residential renovations. Their success and longevity has not only been built on the foundation of professionalism, trust & honesty, but also on quality of workmanship, aesthetically pleasing, functional, and cost-effective design and construction.
Heroic BAM! in-house services include: tenant improvements and rejuvenations, new construction, warehousing, underground services, retaining walls, curbs and gutters, landscaping as well as interior and exterior painting. Exceptional design and architectural services can also be provided on request.

Your project is top priority with our team, who works with you, our valued client, to ensure that your project is completed in a professional and timely fashion.
The team provides weekly updates and onsite meetings, with an open book regarding all costs and expenditures.
Our project management services continue 90 days after project completion, ensuring that all final inspections, permit completions and occupying certificates are complete and the project is ready for client occupancy.
The project team can also assist with arranging all of your relocation requirements, including furnishings to complete your occupancy.
Chocolate Factories
