At BAM! Builds Commercial, we will gladly work with you and your design team. However if you're in need of a highly qualified team, our working relationships include top architects, engineers, and interior designers.
No design is too big or too small. We have experience designing for small spaces like 500 sq. ft. offices or retail to large retail storefronts and massive warehouses.
Our design-build experience includes electrical, plumbing, HVAC and data, which makes us a great choice to be your general commercial contractor.
Permitting
At Bam!, our architectural zoning and permitting team will work with you to make sure all appropriate permits are obtained in a timely manner.
Our team also works with all of the various trades on the project to ensure they obtain the proper permits and pass inspections.
The team also works with the various city departments and their respective inspectors to ensure that the project follows the appropriate guidelines.
We provide our clients weekly updates regarding all permitting developments.

Management
Our project management extends to all of our certified trades; electrical, plumbing, HVAC, framers and carpenters.
Your project is top priority with our team, who works with you, our valued client, to ensure that your project is completed in a professional and timely fashion.
The team provides weekly updates and onsite meetings, with an open book regarding all costs and expenditures.
Our project management services continue 90 days after project completion, ensuring that all final inspections, permit completions and occupying certificates are complete and the project is ready for client occupancy.
The project team can also assist with arranging all of your relocation requirements, including furnishings to complete your occupancy.
